Yoga for Longevity
CONSIS-TENCY
IN PRACTICE YIELDS SUSTAIN-ABLE RESULTS
At Taj Wellness, we focus on developing a yoga practice for LONGEVITY, one that endures the phases of life and matures as your body ages. Developing consistency in practice yields sustainable results. We want to instill a practice that allows you to build on what you may already know and take your practice to the next level. All classes will offer an alignment-based approach to asana (postures) with an emphasis on breath awareness. We believe that safety comes first, quality supersedes quantity, and everyone is welcome.

Group classes with Tia Platte and Diana Stoen are on hiatus for the remainder of the summer season 2024. Check back with us in August for monthly community offerings and special events coming this Fall.
Bring your mat, or leave your mat at home, but ALWAYS bring an open mind and a willingness to EXPAND, CONNECT and DEEPEN into your practice and yourself.
