TAJ Wellness strives to create joyful places and pathways for yoga and social experiences that inspire people to reconnect with each other and themselves. We believe in the power of yoga and mindful living to transform the whole person. Our goal is to foster a sense of community and support, and to ultimately encourage our clients to live healthier and happier lives.

Our individual yoga lessons are designed to help address your specific needs and goals. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, private lessons are tailored to exactly where you are now in body and in life.
