Wellness Walk

Nurture yourself in nature with a mindful walk w/yoga along pathways or existing trails in one of Richmonds many parks. Monthly group walks will rotate around Richmond: Northside (3-Lakes Park), Southside (Belle Isle/Manchester), West End (Deep Run Park), East End (Browns Island/Capitol Trail).

About the event

Nurture yourself in nature with a mindful walk along pathways or existing trails in one of Richmonds many parks. Monthly group walks will rotate around Richmond: Northside (3-Lakes Park), Southside (Belle Isle/Manchester), West End (Deep Run Park), East End (Browns Island/Capitol Trail). Walks will begin with centering and a short stretch, a moderate-paced 30-45min walk with calisthenics incorporated for strength, and conclude with a yoga cool down. All levels welcome, no injuries please. Water & walking or trail running shoes suggested; yoga mat optional. Weather permitting.

    Walks will begin with breath centering and yoga, a moderate-paced 30-45min walk with calisthenics incorporated for strength, and conclude with a yoga cool down. All levels welcome, no injuries please. Water & walking or trail running shoes suggested; yoga mat optional. Weather permitting.
