About the event
Movement teaches us this: when we let go of unnecessary tension, we create freedom. A spacious practice encompassing somatic movement exercises (sound/breath/repetitive action), principles of release technique, occasional partner work, meditation (walking +/- sitting), and deep relaxation. This class focuses on fluid movement patterns for a healthy spine. Class will always be safe and accessible for everyone who shows up. Offered once a month (Sunday AM) to let go of unnecessary tension across the physical/mental/emotional spectrum and create freedom.
