About the event

Expand your awareness and explore your edge through pose-stillness-breath. An alignment-based vinyasa flow with a solid core-based warm-up, strength building sequences, and intermediate variations of backbends and inversions. Each class offers a unique and creative experience and incorporates props into the flow. Class will always be safe and accessible for all students with a willingness to test the edge mindfully. Offered twice a month (Sun AM) to assist in advancing your current practice. Practitioners with 6 months of experience welcome. No injuires please.
